| Disposable transfusion pump The disposable transfusion pump made by the Huadong Medical Appliance factory is a kind of small , light and portable medical appliance without electricity as power but depending on the ball in the pressure pump as power to inject the medical liquid to the ball in a certain speed .It works without making noise and it is specially suitable for the operation and after operation and for the cancer patients to ease pain .It is excellent for the woman when they are laboring the baby. Structure , property and specification of the disposable transfusion pump The disposable transfusion pump hereinafter called transfusion pump is a kind of device which use the bounce of liquid ball as the power to inject the micro dose of medicine liquid to the patient via the micro hole tube to limit the speed of the medicine liquid in an average continues and safety way. The typical transfusion pump is made of the single way valve and three way valve with medicine liquid and liquid ball (bounce device which can hold medical liquid ), medicine liquid filter , device of the liquid flow speed controlling, the liquid input self controlling device (can be cancelled if you don’t need it),pipeline and cone shaped joint etc. There are two kinds of types according to the type of the liquid input. They are the type of the continues liquid inputting (CBI), continuous liquid inputting +self controlling liquid inputting .The pump is more scientific and reasonable and a better curing result because the pump can input the medicine liquid to the patient in micro dose , continuous and average speed .This greatly improved the life quality of the patient and curing quality and plays a great role in reducing workload for the doctors and nurses. Usage and the scope The transfusion pump mainly uses the pain ease medicine to reduce and eliminate the pain after operation and the pain of the cancer patients ,pain when woman laboring baby and also the pains caused by the other factors. It is helpful to heal up the wound and reduce the complication and the other symptoms caused by the other pain. Parameter of the liquid A. Rating capacity :100ml, 150ml, 200ml, 250ml: B. Usage method: 1. Choose the suitable pump according to the medicine liquid dose and the package .Tear package bag along the opening line to take out the transfusion pump and check to see if each part is connected well. 2. inject the medicine liquid to the ball .If it is the three way valve, it should make the rotating stopper of the three way valve to the position which can connecting the inputting medicine mouth to the liquid ball(device of storage of the medicine liquid).Put the medicine liquid to the liquid ball of the transfusion pump with the sterilized syringe without needle .Check and confirm that no medicine liquid flow out .Cover the protection stopper of the medicine liquid opening mouth (If it is the three way valve)and the rotating stopper of the three valve should be adjusted to the close position. 3. open the protection cover of the pipeline and connect it with the wing-shaped needle (or the joint of the anaesthia tube )and if the three way valve is available ,connect the rotating stopper of the three way valve with the pipeline to put the medicine liquid into the human body to implement the function of the ease pain. . caution and instruction 1. It is not suitable for kids to use . 2. Because the long time injection of the medicine liquid , the location of the injection should be fixed well so as to avoid leakage of the medicine liquid due to the collision by accident during the time when injection of the liquid. 3. This product is sterilized by the ETO and there is mark of the ETO on the package and the valid time is 2 years .Before we use it we should check the production lot on the package seal line to see if it is within the valid date and at the same time we should also check to see if the package is well and if find any damage we should not use it . 4. There is a mark of the disposable products on the package to remind our consumer that this products can only be used once and should be destroyed after we used it and it is prohibited to use it repeatedly. 5. This products should be put in the room where it is both dry and good ventilation without any corruption material 6. The said caution and the instruction are for reference only for the doctors and nurses in clinic service. A, Instruction of the common CBI transfusion pump 1. the liquid medicine will flow out 6 minutes later after it is injected 2. Prepare the liquid medicine according to the prescribe and the desired volume needed. 3. take the medicine liquid with the syringe as it shows in figure one demonstrated to pull out the cap of the medicine injecting mouth 4. push the medicine liquid in the syringe to the liquid ball of the pump 5. pull out the syringe immediately if use the 20ml syringe and this can be operated several times until the medicine liquid reach the volume you needed and it will be ready to use after the medicine liquid flow out. B. The instruction of the self control by the patients of CBI+PCA transfusion pump 1. This product should be operated under the instruction of the doctors. 2. The medicine liquid will flow out about 30 minutes after it was injected into the ball. 3. Take out volume of the medicine liquid the patient needed with the syringe as show in the figure two 4. push the medicine liquid in the syringe to the ball of the transfusion pump. 5. pull out the syringe immediately after the medicine liquid was injected and this can be operated several times until reached the desired volume of the medicine liquid needed .Press the button several times 5 minutes later and it can be used after the air in the tube is expelled from the tube when the medicine liquid flow out. 6. The hand control bottom can be used after 15 minutes interval and the volume is 0.5ml/time C. The instruction of the self control by the patients of CBI A Type +PCA transfusion pump 1. This products should be operated under the construction of the doctors 2.The medicine liquid will flow out about 30 minutes after it was injected into the ball. 3. Take out the medicine liquid the patient needed with the syringe as show in the figure two. 4.push the medicine liquid in the syringe to the ball of the transfusion pump. 5.pull out the syringe immediately after the medicine liquid was injected and this can be operated several times until reached the desired volume of the medicine liquid .Press the button several times 5 minutes later and it can be used after the air in the tube is expelled from the tube when the medicine liquid flow out. 6. The handle of the controlling bottom is usually put in the position “ on” and upward means off while downward means on . The hand control bottom can be used after 15 minutes interval and the volume is 0.5ml/time D. Because the storage of the bag of air cell is made of the special molecular of breathable material and if the air cell has some air bubble, it can be automatically expelled out 3-5 hours later as it has the function of the expelling the air and it is no need to expel the air by hand. E. The speed of this pump is a little faster than the rating speed at the beginning of the first 3 hours but it will b resume in the normal speed E. The rating speed and the time of the transfusion depends on the distilled water and the temperature in the room, the flowing speed varies from 10%-15% based on the density of the medicine liquid, the working temperature and the volume of the medicine liquid storage and the other factors etc. F. This transfusion pump should be work under the temperature of 20+_3 .Please .Please pay attention to read the instruction of the rating temperature carefully before using. It will be much more better if the working temperature is same or close to the rating temperature. Don’t use it if the medicine liquid doesn’t flow or leak G.
